av3MPEG2MuxerPE - MPEG2 Muxer is a DirectShow® filters that provides the MPEG-2 Packet Elementary Stream PE(S) generation.
MPEG2 Muxer PS :

MP4 Multiplexer:
av3MP4Muxer - MP4 Multiplexer is a DirectShow® filter intended for the generation of MPEG-4 (Intermedia Format (MP4)) System Streams.
av3MPEG2WriterTest (binary and source code are presented in Codec SDK) :
av3MPEG2WriterTest is a write test tool that compresses MPEG2 files at high speed, without loss of image quality. av3MPEG2WriterTest is designed with Video Codec SDK and is the example of using the SDK components in user application. Application's UI is based on MFC classes.
